Yes. You may modify your reservation through customer support. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund, excluding non-refundable fees. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
Yes. Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation time.
